It was 5:41 pm on May 22, 2011, when one of the worst tornadoes in history struck Joplin, Missouri – my hometown. This particular disaster reminded me how important it is to be prepared now. We must not procrastinate our preparation as we never know what today might bring. For this project, I created three public service announcement posters that deal with disaster preparedness. I created the slogan and designs for a series of posters that relate to one another.
